Where are my tickets? I can’t find my ticket confirmation email?

Your should have had a confirmation email on purchase, If you can’t find this please email us at tickets@the-bigweekened.co.uk

Will tickets be available on the door?

Possibly, probably, who knows! If tickets don’t sell out before hand, they will be available on the door. The best way to make sure that you get a ticket, is to buy it online now! You have until midday 9th August . After that, any tickets left will be available on the door.

What is the difference between the different tier tickets?

There is no difference between the different types other than the price. The sooner you buy, the cheaper the tickets will be for you, so buy now.

Are there children’s tickets available?

Children under 16 are free, over 16’s will be charged a full price ticket. Children 16 years & under must be accompanied at all times by a ticket holding parent at all times.

Where can I get information on site?

The Big Weekend Digital guide has all the information about the festival, there will be a QR code view the timetable and information.

Are there day tickets?

Yes, these are available from May 25th 2024.

Can I camp with a day ticket?

Yes, you can. You will need to purchase a camping ticket HERE

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

We can allow dogs in the parish hall car park only. Dogs are not allowed in the hall or onto the camping field. There are local campsites that allow dogs. See Info here

Can I bring a caravan, van or live-in vehicle onto the site?

Yes you can, The campsite is open from midday on Friday 9th August and closes midday on Monday 11th August. Tents, caravans, camper vans and motorhomes are all welcome. Please be aware that our campsite is a farmer’s field for 361 days of the year so we can only provide limited facilities. We have no electric hook-up and a low-pressure supply of running water on the field.

Are there showers on the site?

Showers are also available to campers in the Parish Hall from 8am until midnight.

Can I camp onsite earlier than Friday?

No, we are sorry but the site is not ready. There are plenty of other campsites nearby that will accommodate you until the festival. See Info here

Where are the disabled toilets?

There are disabled toilets in the main hall.

Can my car be kept beside the caravan in the campervan/caravan field?

Yes, there is space for one car to be parked beside or in front of the caravan.

Is there a cash machine on site?

There are no cash machines in the village. The nearest is in Ellesmere which is about three miles away.
